CAT SOFTWARE 

The latest developments bring you, a client, a major chance - TRANSLATION MEMORY technology, or computer-aided translation. This technology is NOT a machine translation. It allows you reaching significant cost savings (20-50%, depending on source text) with no additional effort on your part. Already translated text is stored in a translation memory for future use improving consistency and quality of translation while reducing costs.

We prefer using SDL TRADOS 2007.

We also use other CAT software such as SDLX, DeJavu, Transit, Wordfast, etc.

FORMAT

• Translated text can be delivered personally, via mail or e-mail, preferably in the electronic form.

• We are able to submit translations in all known office software and text editors, ranging from the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.) up to Claris (Macintosh), see below.

• We can perform graphical lay-out and corrections of texts required by yourselves, complete graphical arrangements as per the original document, including graphs, tables and pictures, photos and schemes.

• In case of complex pictures with descriptions, there is no need to write translations by hand or stick in the translated texts anymore, of course, as everything is made using scanner and DeskTopPublishing software (except for drawings of larger format where scanning is complicated). We can burn the finished translations on CD, DVD, i.e. including images demanding large memory capacity.
